We work with athletes to improve physical attributes needed for sport. After a comprehensive battery of Performance Tests, including force plate jump analytics, max force production, speed and agility to name a few, a program depending on time of season will be written for the athlete to address specific attributes that may help give an edge in their sport. In addition to professionally written programs, athlete will work with their coach in the clinic to experience 45 minute sessions focusing on mobility, strength, change of direction, speed and more.
