Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning classes are designed to improve strength, agility, power, and cardiovascular abilities under the direction of an NCAA division 1 experienced strength coach. Classes are in small groups (capped at 8) to ensure quality of coaching and overall experience.

Who Is This For?

We work with athletes to improve physical attributes needed for sport.  After a comprehensive battery of Performance Tests, including force plate jump analytics, max force production, speed and agility to name a few, a program depending on time of season will be written for the athlete to address specific attributes that may help give an edge in their sport.  In addition to professionally written programs, athlete will work with their coach in the clinic to experience 45 minute sessions focusing on mobility, strength, change of direction, speed and more.


Recurrent monthly pricing is based on 1, 2 or 3 training sessions per week. There is no contract.

Online Programming

For those who need an individualized professional program to do independently. Program will be geared towards client goals, specific to a sport/season, or just for some direction at the gym.
